Advanced Beginners, Intermediate and TeamSk8 members in the USA Roller Sports Programs can use approved quad roller skates, inline hockey skates or inline figure skates during the Monday lesson time. No recreational inlines. Advanced Beginner class participants will get an introduction to the RSA tests and Development program competition options in addition to completing the Star Book. This class is for advanced beginner skaters who want to prepare for roller sports activities, as well as advanced and competitive members who need basic skills drills and practice time. Skate ownership is required at this level. Each skater gets a Star Book to monitor progress.

Advanced Star Program Group
Sundays

Inline and quad skating fundamentals in a fun, all ages group. Learn safety, forward skating, backward skating, stopping and much more. Star program book and skate rental included for new skaters.
Arrive at least 15 minutes early to check in and get skates on.

Performance Skating Workshop
Sundays as Needed Only
6:30pm-8:00pm at Rollerama 2 in Brighton, MI or Bonaventure in Farmington Hills, MI
Advanced skaters age 12 and over can use quad artistic roller skates or inline figure skates only during this Sunday evening workshop time. Performance Workshop members will prepare for entertainment group skating at local, Regional or National USA Roller Sports performance competitions and can also do rink shows, parades and other community activities. Skate ownership and USA Roller Sports membership is required. No fee for current competitive Rollerama Skating Club members.
Please arrive at least 15 minutes early to check in and get skates on.

Beginner and Intermediate Home School Star and RSA Classes

Inline and quad skating fundamentals in a fun, family-oriented class. Learn safety, forward skating, backward skating, stopping and much more. Star program book and skate rental included. This monthly family program is available through advance TeamSk8 registration.

Sk8 Camp – Roller Sports Exploration
Available at Rollerama 2 or Bonaventure by Request Only
Sk8 Camp is an introduction to the world of roller sports for intermediate and advanced skaters! Areas covered include figure skating, derby basics, freestyle slalom basics, roller soccer and more. If you have a roller sport, camp drills will help you improve. If you want a roller sport, you will get a sampling of some of the activities that are available. Camp structure varies depending on the needs or interests of the class members.
Request a Camp at your rink for summer and holiday break times and sports. Most camps are conducted as a drop-in activity tailored to the needs of those who ask for it and last one hour.
