After an awesome practice day on Friday, our Great Lakes Regional weekend in Appleton, Wisconsin was great fun. Helen is qualified for Nationals in compulsory figures and loops with a Bronze medal in combined, and Belen is qualified in freestyle singles with Silver and Gold medals in compulsory figures, loops and combined. The TeamSk8 “Rockin’ Robin” Youth quartet was Bronze. Our new Mini pairs team got the Gold, then Gold and Silver in freestyle singles, Gold in Mini Couples Dance plus Bronze and a qualifier in Mini Solo Free Dance.

TeamSk8 adults were competing, too. Husband and wife, Chris and Wayne, both qualified for Nationals in compulsory figures and loops – Wayne with 3 Gold medals. Wayne is also the Gold medalist in Bronze 2 men’s solo dance. AND Chris and Wayne earned the Gold medals in Bronze Adult Team Dance… Yay!

Now, off we go to the USA Roller Sports National Championship in Lincoln, Nebraska from July 3 -15, 2022.
